Tempura Night

What happens when a friend drops by with 3 packs of fresh prawn? I could only think 1 thing, tempura. I have the tempura flour and tempura sauce. There's also a pack of enoki mushroom in the fridge. So that's my dinner tonight.




Well, my house is not a Japanese restaurant so I don't care about presentation but taste is always no. 1 for me ^_^

Too bad I don't have any soba to go with it. But it's a lot of prawns. Got some leftover, which should become tendon tomorrow.
